Returns
Opening Video is Compulsory for Return / Exchange
We offer a 3-day return policy. Please note that refunds are not provided; instead, you will receive a credit note.
A ₹80 fee is charged for return and reverse logistics.
For missing or damaged products, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Currently, free shipping is not available for international returns.
To Qualify for a Return

Return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

Product must be unused, brand-new, and in original condition.

All tags, original invoice, and packaging must be intact.

Product should have no blemishes, scratches, or defects.

Product embellishments must be in good condition.
Returns Won’t Be Feasible If

Return request is raised after 3 days of delivery.

Any item from the shipment is missing.

Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

Product has been used or opened (unless damaged on arrival).

Free or complimentary items are missing.

Individual items from a promotional combo/package.

Sale items or products purchased using a credit note.

Items returned without prior return approval.
Ruveria reserves the right to reject any return if the product does not meet the above criteria.

Reason for Return
All return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and comply with the return conditions.
Our Customer Care team will respond within 24 hours, and the product will be picked up by us after approval.
Damage Policy
If a product is damaged due to manufacturing or shipping issues, a replacement will be provided.

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share clear images/videos of the damaged product.
Note: Refunds are not provided for damaged products; only replacements will be arranged.
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days of delivery.

Product must be new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags.

Refund / Credit Note
Customers may request a credit note within 7 days after the returned product is received by us.
Refunds are not processed to bank accounts.

Credit note code can be applied at checkout on our website.

Enter the code received via email on the checkout page.

The amount will be deducted from the total payable value.

Credit note validity is 3 months from the date of issue.

Cancellation Policy

For COD and Prepaid orders, cancellation is not possible once the order is shipped.

For prepaid orders cancelled before shipment, a credit note will be issued.

No bank refunds will be processed.
Customized Jewellery
Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
If you receive a damaged customized product, please email us at

Our team will verify and arrange a replacement if approved.
