Shipping policy

We at Ruveria strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. The estimated delivery time is 5–6 days from the date of purchase, depending upon the delivery location.

Shipping Address & Contact Details

To ensure timely delivery of your order, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number:

  • Provide complete address details including House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a nearby Landmark.

  • Enter the correct City, State, and Zip/Postal Code. Incorrect details may result in delivery delays or misrouting.

  • Ensure that your phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. Our delivery partner may contact you for delivery-related queries.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with exact cash.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please DO NOT accept it and immediately inform us at +91 79841 42740 (10 AM – 7 PM) or email us at ruveria15@gmail.com.

Note:
All parcels are securely packed and sealed with security tapes before dispatch from our warehouse. However, parcels go through multiple handling stages with courier partners. Ruveria will not be responsible for missing items if a damaged parcel is accepted by the customer.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders of ₹499 or above

  • ₹60 shipping charge applicable on orders below ₹499

  • Shipping charges remain the same regardless of order size

  • Each order can be shipped to one address only

  • To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders

Order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT, GST, or any other applicable charges.

You can track your order by visiting the “My Orders” section under My Account on our website.

Delivery Partners

Orders placed on Ruveria are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, XpressBees, Speed Post, etc.

International Delivery

Currently, Ruveria delivers only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Cancellation & Modifications

Cancellation Policy

We aim to fulfill all orders placed. However, certain orders may need to be cancelled due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Incorrect pricing or stock information

  • Issues identified by our fraud or payment verification systems

If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method upon request.

You may cancel an order before it is packed at our warehouse. Any paid amount will be refunded to the original payment mode within the applicable timeline.

Refund Timeline

  • Cash on Delivery: No refund applicable as no payment is made in advance

  • Online Payments (Card/UPI/Wallet/Net Banking): Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days from order cancellation
